See this article which highlights features/use of hazard mapping
This is a good article from the N Z Farmer site about farm safety that mentions mapping their property, and specific hazards that they identified and how they mitigated the risks. Not done with an OSHMAP, but it (farm and risk mapping) is a process that all farmers should complete.
